The activity include 45 minutes of yoga while some small goats roam around you, nibbling at your clothes, climbing on your back, or cuddling up with you during relaxation poses.
After the yoga, there will be 15 minutes of free play time with the goats. This is the best time to grab your pictures.
The Goat Yoga Therapy sessions are conducted on our farm. Coastal environment and rural position has a soothing effect and definitely contributes to a sense of inner peace.
We are located in historical township of Joskeleigh, 30km from Rockhampton at 381 Joskeleigh Road.
